Notes:

  1. Rebooking/Reissue online is only applicable for ticket issued from China Airlines Website/App. Please note online ticket with following conditions will NOT be applicable.
    • Upgrade with miles tickets or Award ticket.
    • Multi-city and stopover itineraries.
    • Booked with add-on chargeable service (eg. Pre-paid Baggage etc.)
    • Booking record is modified by Customer Center or Branch Office.
  2. This function is for change of flight date and time only. If you wish to change route, please contact Customer Center or Branch office for assistance.
  3. Please note reissue/rebook will apply to all passengers in the same booking.
  4. Fare will be recalculated automatically base on the fare rule when you change flight. Fare difference and service charge will be collected. If the fare of the new itinerary is lower, the fare difference will not be refunded in accordance with the fare rules.
  5. If special services were requested (includes meal, seat, wheel chair…etc.) on your original flight, please re-select them after you completed flight modification, or contact our customer center for assistance.
  6. Please make sure to keep your Reservation and E-ticket Number confidential all the time, and do not disclose it to any other third parties.
  7. Seat Selection:
    • China Airlines reserves the rights to substitute alternate aircraft without notice.
    • China Airlines and Mandarin Airlines reserve the right to assign emergency exits, baby baskets, stretcher seats due to safety reasons.
    • Online seat selection is available starting 360 days prior to the flight departure. Individual passengers are requested to complete seat selection no later than 50 hours before departure. Group passengers (G class) must complete seat selection at least 72 hours before departure.
    • Codeshare flight is not applicable for seat selection. Chargeable seat service is not applicable for booking which including tickets issued by others airlines.
    • Due to system restraint, seat change for bookings with pre-selected seat will not be accepted. Please contact our Customer Center and sorry for the inconvenience caused.
    • Please be reminded to provide a valid mobile number and email address in your booking record to ensure important travel information can be communicated to you promptly.
